I'm a software engineer in the Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Division (DAAI) at Wipro working on building application interface and cracking case studies involving real world business scenarios by providing innovative IT solutions to our clients. I have a BTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Minor in Computer Science) from University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata.

My interest lies in building and shipping highly scalable and reliable production level software. I have obtained various training in Data Structure and Algorithms, Data Analysis, ML, DL, NLP, Distributed Systems, Cloud (Azure, AWS), Big Data Technologies(PySaprk, Hadoop, kafka, Databricks) and some web frameworks such as Django MVC during my Bachelors degree and also through various internships and two and half years of work experience while working as a software engineer.

I'm an individual who wants to work for where everyday a new challenge is encountered, accepted as an oppurtunity and turned into a trend. I aspire to contribute towards building a smarter world, where no question is too big or too small, and more importantly, no question goes unanswered.

I am a continuous learner, learning for me equates to exploring new ideas and growing as an individual. I just cannot imagine my life devoid of designing. I love to travel and also a big foodie, playing games, binge-watching Netflix/Prime TV series, so I'm occupied with something or the other everytime. Whenever I get some time, I use to draw sketches as I'm fond of art.

Data Engineer - Bangalore, India - 2019-2022

• Data analysis and design of report mockups/wireframe which were validated by stakeholders in order to build powerful Power BI reports with exhaustive information using variety of visualizations.
• Optimized SQL queries to reduce runtime of front-end reports, analyzed ETL process and optimized queries leading to a 66% reduction in load duration.
• Created ADF pipeline to perform several activities such as file checker, loading data from blob storage, reading data from SFTP location and Kafka and load them into HIVE tables.
• Automated the data ingestion process and wrote scripts for monitoring daily jobs with automatic email notification hence reducing manual work by ~55%.
• Leveraged NumPy and Pandas libraries to analyze the trends and key insights from the data.
